Tanjore paintings
Tanjore painting or Thanjavur painting is a unique south Indian Painting style. Takes its name after its place of origin, Thanjavur. It is an ancient Tamil city dating back to 9th Century A.D and earlier. Thanjavur has been a renowned centre of art, architecture and music. Thanjavur paintings with its vibrant colours and gold omamentation is datable to the 16th century Maratha period of Thanjavur. However, its themes and style could be traced to the earlier 15th century Nayak wall mural painting that adom many temples and palaces in Thanjavur.

SADANANDAM popularly known as SADA has imbedded all his acumen of artistic values and brought this paintings to realistic in nature. Sada uses genuine Jaipur Colour stones in all his arts. The paintings are made out of 24 karat gold foil besides colours. The manufacturing methods unlike other painters differ from where SADA takes care of the longevity of the pictures and ensures that they do not fade out even in adverse weather conditions. The frames used are of Teakwood carved to Mandapam of Temple type and also traditional once as required by the customers.
